About R. Bryan Nace
R. Bryan Nace has been licensed to practice law in Ohio since November 1985.
Attorney Nace was admitted to the United States Federal District Court for the Northern District of Ohio in 1996, and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1998. He has been in private practice since 1987, operating his own firm since 2003. Prior to that he worked as an associate for A. Russell Smith Co. in Akron, Ohio. Prior to entering private practice, he was a judicial attorney for the Fifth District Court of Appeals of Ohio (1985 – 1987).
Community Service
R. Bryan Nace served on Fairlawn City Council from 2002 to 2016. Prior to being elected to City Council he served on the City of Fairlawn Planning Commission, from 1997 – 2001; serving as Chairperson in 2001. He was on the City of Fairlawn Board of Zoning Appeals, from 1996 – 1997. He also served as a Magistrate in Fairlawn Mayors Court between 1999 – 2001.
Education
Attorney Nace earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law in 1985. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Akron in 1982.
